Our experience
Our background is hands-on. We have run IT end to end for a manufacturer, responsible for the network and infrastructure, the ERP and shop-floor systems, end-user support, security, and the budget, keeping production running while modernizing around it. We have replaced a manual, multi-step billing cycle with an automated workflow that cut hands-on time and the errors that came from re-keying data between systems. And we have automated the test procedures used to verify equipment calibration, turning a manual checklist into repeatable, logged runs with consistent results. The common thread is the same one we bring to every client: understand how the work really gets done, then make the technology carry more of it.
